Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns.
It may be a good idea to purchase samples before committing to a full-size product.
Shipping to the United States will go First Class USPS and a delivery confirmation number will be assigned.
International Standard shipping will go through USPS and does NOT have a confirmation number.
It will be your responsibility to insure your products so that a tracking number will be given. Although we take great care to inspect and securely package our products, we cannot be held responsible for the post office's handling of the packages.
Should there be any damage or lost package, you will have to contact the post office on your own and take the matter up with them. Insurance is strongly recommended.
